ACH and Check Writing
A&G Consultants provides full payroll services and payroll reporting services to our clients. Our small business clients have engaged us to prepare and issue their paychecks, either by paper checks or electronic deposit.
Tax Payment
Our payroll services can include paying federal and state taxes on behalf of the client through the EFTPS system setup by the IRS. In addition to issuing the checks for each payroll, at the end of each quarter, appropriate payroll reports are prepared and issued to government agencies. At year end, W-2’s are prepared and issued. We provide support for any notices received by clients from taxing authorities regarding payroll.
After the Fact – Forms Reporting
In addition to the full payroll services described above, we provide after the fact payroll services. Some clients choose to prepare and issue their own payroll checks, but engage our services to prepare quarterly reports to be filed with government agencies. In addition, we are normally engaged by these same clients to prepare W-2’s at year end. Clients engaging us to prepare after the fact payroll will provide us with their information on paper or through electronic backups of their records (normally Quickbooks or Sage 50, previously known as Peachtree).
